This policy applies to all users accessing and using the App on iPhone and iPad devices. Myriean is a no-account application, and users can access all core features without registering for any account, submitting personal profile information, or logging in with any credential. This policy focuses entirely on user data processing practices and fully discloses our zero facial data collection standards for all users.
Myriean prioritizes user privacy as its foundational operating principle, with strict local-only data processing rules and absolute zero collection of user facial information throughout all service links. The App does not collect, record, capture, or extract any facial biometric information, facial feature data, or facial structural details from any user portrait photos uploaded or captured within the App. No facial data will be actively scanned, analyzed, digitized, or logged by the App’s built-in AI model or any internal program module during portrait generation and editing processes. We do not identify, mark, or tag user facial features in any form, and no facial-related data will be cached, reserved, or retained in any temporary or permanent program file of the App.
All functional operations of the App run completely on the user’s local iOS device, and no data transmission channel for facial information is built in the App program. There is no background data collection mechanism targeting user faces, and the App will never automatically obtain, upload, or backup any facial content from user photos. This zero facial data collection rule applies to all user operations, including taking new portrait photos via the device camera, uploading existing portrait photos from the local photo library, adjusting fantasy style parameters, and generating fantasy portrait artworks.
All image processing, AI style rendering, portrait blending, lighting matching, and fantasy effect generation processes of Myriean are completed independently on the user’s local iPhone or iPad device, without any cloud server participation or remote data processing.In the entire local processing process, the App only performs visual style overlay, scene blending, and light effect adjustment on the overall picture of user portraits, and does not independently identify, parse, or collect any facial feature information contained in the portraits. The AI model only processes the overall pixel and visual effect of the image, and does not extract, store, or record any unique facial biometric data, facial contour data, facial feature point data, or facial attribute data of users.
No user images or portrait-related content will be automatically uploaded to any external server, cloud platform, or third-party service terminal. All original portraits and newly generated fantasy artworks are only stored in the local storage space of the user’s personal device, and the App does not possess any remote access permission to user local files. Users have full independent control over all local image files and cache files generated by the App.
All user-uploaded original portraits and App-generated fantasy artworks are exclusively stored in the local storage of the user’s iOS device, with no cloud synchronization, remote backup, or off-device storage of any form. During the storage period of user content, the App will not sort, analyze, or collect facial information in stored portrait files. The local storage module of the App only saves the complete image file in its original visual form, and does not split, extract, or record any facial feature data from the image. Users can independently delete any original photos and generated fantasy artworks at any time. Once users delete any portrait content or artwork in the App Gallery or clear cache files through the App Settings interface, the corresponding content will be completely and permanently removed from the user’s device local storage, with no residual files or recoverable facial-related data left.
The App will not retain any user portrait content or related data after user deletion operations. All deleted content cannot be retrieved by the App, and we do not reserve any backup of user images or facial-related information in any form.
Myriean strictly prohibits any form of user data sharing and third-party disclosure behavior. Since the App does not collect any user facial information in any operation link, there is no facial data content that can be shared, transmitted, or disclosed to third-party individuals, enterprises, or institutions. The App’s AI fantasy generation function only relies on universal visual style algorithms and does not involve any facial recognition, facial comparison, facial feature matching, or facial data modeling technologies. The operation of all core functions is completely independent of user facial data, and the normal use of the App does not require any collection and analysis of user facial information.
Myriean only applies for necessary device permissions to support basic App functions, and all permission usage is limited to local device operation, with no data collection behavior. When users authorize photo library access, the App only reads local image files selected by users and saves generated artworks to the local photo library, and does not scan all device photos or extract facial information from any images. When users optionally authorize camera access to take new portraits, the camera function only captures local image pictures in real time, and does not collect, analyze, or record any facial feature data generated during shooting.
All device permissions can be independently turned on or off by users in the iOS system settings at any time. The App will not actively apply for excessive permissions, nor will it use authorized permissions to secretly collect user facial information or other private data. Any permission closure will not affect the App’s commitment of zero facial data collection.
The App may generate temporary local cache files during operation to optimize the running speed and use experience, and users can clear all temporary caches through the Settings interface at any time. All temporary cache files generated by the App only contain image visual effect parameter data and program running temporary data, and do not include any user facial feature information, facial biometric data, or facial attribute data. The cache mechanism does not extract or store any facial information from user portraits, and no facial data will be retained in temporary cache files.
After users clear the cache, all temporary running data of the App will be completely deleted from the local device without any residue. The cache clearing operation will not retain any user portrait information or facial-related data, which fully ensures the privacy security of user local content.
When users launch Myriean for the first time, the App will display a dedicated privacy notice to inform users of our local data processing rules and zero facial data collection policy. The privacy notice clearly states that the App will never collect, store, transmit, or share any user facial information, and all portrait processing operations do not involve facial data acquisition and analysis behaviors. All user portrait content and App-generated artworks are completely controlled by users themselves. Users have full autonomy to save, share, preview, and delete all local content. Throughout the entire use cycle of the App, we will not actively obtain any user facial information in any way, nor will we passively record or store facial data generated by user operations. There is no any program logic or technical module in the App that targets facial data collection, ensuring that user facial privacy is completely protected without any leakage risk.
The App does not require user account registration, so there is no binding relationship between user identity information and portrait content, and no facial data will be associated with any user personal information. All privacy protection rules take the protection of user facial privacy as the core, and always maintain the standard of zero facial data collection.
